  • PVC is a relatively strong and hardy material, however you should still take care when handling it.

    Try and store your PVC as flat as possible (or if you have a bag, store it stuffed so that it holds its shape).

    To clean your PVC, wipe it down with a damp cloth and let it air dry.

    Colour transfer can occur onto PVC from some items, so try and store your PVC with similar colours and away from things like grease, solvents, oil etc. This is particularly true of white PVC, so take extra care if you order this colour.

  • We love making custom orders!

    If you have a custom idea you’d like to turn into reality, send us a message via our custom order form or on hello@trolleyvinyl.com with your idea and any inspiration images you have. We will then sketch up an idea and once you’ve confirmed that it’s what you want then we will take a 50% deposit for it. Once we’ve finished your order you can either come in for a fitting or we can post it out to you (if we post it to you and it needs adjustments, you will be responsible for paying for it to be posted back to us).

    Custom orders take around 6 weeks to make depending on complexity but can be made quicker or for a specific date with a 20% rush fee.

  • We operate on a sliding scale pricing system to try and keep our products accessible to as many people as possible.

  • Currently we ship all UK domestic orders via Royal Mail.

    To order outside of the UK, please send us an email first to see if we are able to deliver to you.

  • We don’t accept returns of custom orders or custom colourways. Anything else can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

  • As a deliberately slow fashion brand, we want to make sure that your PVC is good for as long as possible!

    If anything arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it for you. If anything breaks after you’ve had it for a while, send us an email at hello@trolleyvinyl.com and we can assess the damage and arrange for it to be repaired or replaced if possible.
