Custom Orders
We always love making custom orders for people!
If you have a specific idea you want us to help create, fill in the form on this page or send an email to hello@trolleyvinyl.com.
Please include a rough description of your idea, any reference photos if you have them, and your budget (if applicable). If you need your order for a specific date, please include this information too - please note, rush orders will incur a 20% rush fee.
We will come back to you with a quote and a sketch of your idea. If you are happy with it, we ask for a 50% deposit on custom orders, with the remainder to be paid once the order is complete.
Please note, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the order is damaged or faulty.
